Open Question: Side effects from mirena?

I have a Mirena IUD, my son was born in October 2008 to place. I have experienced a number of conditions, I suspect they are caused from the Mirena. Major hair loss! , Acne and so on. I have a lot of research on the Internet, I have with other women describe the same side effects. I do not know if Mirena or something else …?
